On the completion of contracts, all relevant data will be provided to the client or destroyed within 6 months of the contract completion where the data is not required for processing by the Company.

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have rights about your data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, or to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
