Data Sharing and Transfer

We may share your data with third parties where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the relationship between us, or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so. All our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your data.

All third-party relationships will be conducted through cloud-based, secure networks. This includes training software, billing and email administration.

We will not share your data with other organisations for commercial reasons without your prior and explicit consent. We will not sell your data.

Data Security

We have put in place measures to protect the security of your information. Third parties will only process your data on our instructions and where they have agreed to treat the information confidentially and to keep it secure.

Data Retention

We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

On the completion of contracts, all relevant data will be provided to the client or destroyed within 6 months of the contract completion where the data is not required for processing by the Company.

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have rights about your data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, or to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
